Home Essential Kit – Your natural first aid kit

Lemon
Lemon is a great detoxifier and helps the liver with detoxification. Ideal when you eat less healthy than usual and/or have consumed alcohol. Put a drop in a large glass of water. Also refreshingly delicious! Make sure to use a refillable bottle, not a plastic bottle. The lemon oil is so strong that otherwise, you’d end up ingesting the plastic with your water.
OnGuard & Frankincense
OnGuard works protectively, cleansing, and supportive. Ideal when you’re somewhere with many people around you.
Rub this under your feet daily for protection. Add a drop of Frankincense, the king of oils. Frankincense works on cell renewal.
Melaleuca
Melaleuca, also known as Tea Tree, is great when you’ve been bitten by mosquitoes or other insects. I also use this on wounds. Feel your resistance dropping? Make the Health Boost blend! You can rub this under your feet or ingest it. If desired, fill the droplets in a veggie capsule, as the taste is quite strong.

Zengest
An incredibly nice blend with, among others, Fennel known for supporting your digestion. Particularly on vacation or at a festival where we often eat differently and more fatty than usual, this can be a nice blend to have with you.
Rub a drop around your navel and/or put a drop in a glass of water.
Peppermint
Works cooling and invigorating for fresh energy! Very nice to put a drop on your hands, rub them together a bit, and then ‘cup’ them. Place your hands in front of your nose and take a deep breath to absorb the aromatic chemicals. Then you can rub your hands on your neck for cooling.
Peppermint naturally keeps insects away too. So that’s a nice bonus!
Lavender
Works calming and helps to relax. Very nice to massage a drop under your feet before going to sleep. Lavender also soothes burns. So when your skin is sunburned, dilute the lavender with some coconut oil and apply it to your skin.
Terrashield
A must if you’re heading into nature, camping, or going for a hike. I always bring this as natural protection. No DEET needed anymore:). You can also order this in a spray bottle, handy! Optionally add extra: Peppermint, Lavender, Citronella.
DeepBlue
Sore muscles from all the walking and dancing? Relax your muscles by applying DeepBlue. You can use the rub, which spreads nicely.
