Let us introduce: MUNCH Fit Food To Go. The place for a healthy to-go meal. The two founders, Clasque and Yorieke (whom we first met when we gave a presentation for a large corporate), have followed their passion and opened MUNCH Fit Food To Go. And you can taste the healthy passion they both have in everything. Thought has been given to the composition of the meals (and not just the taste), the ingredients, and sustainability. For example, at the end of the day, the leftover meals go to the homeless shelter and the meals are freshly prepared daily in the kitchen at the back.
Juices and more!
You can find a wide variety of cold pressed juices and smoothies here. But also breakfasts (think chia-almond butter pot or an acai bowl), healthy salads, wraps, or sandwiches. Sounds good? We thought so too.
You will find MUNCH Fit Food To Go on Beethovenstraat, where you can enjoy sitting on the terrace in the sun if you decide to sit down and calmly eat your meal. Even for working or with the kids, this spot is perfect because they have a very nice large table, reading corner, and a spot for the children. However, we have to warn you about the temptation you’ll likely face when seeing the homemade mango-banana cake. Or the healthy caramel bar. Or the matcha energy ball… We warned you!
After your workout
