Sten and Sammy started the pancake restaurant in 2016. Although calling it a pancake restaurant sounds a bit disrespectful… The urban hip-hop vibes from back in the day that you see in the restaurants remind you of nothing from the pancake house you used to go to as a child. Sammy has roots in Israel which might explain his taste and the saffron in the pancakes. For the vegan saffron ice cream, you’ll want to take a detour, it’s that delicious!

The only downside is that it’s hard to choose when you open the menu. Do you go for a savory variant like The Vegalicious with grilled peppers, avocado, and hummus or The Paid in Full with baba ganoush and artichokes. Or will it be a sweet one like The Blue Magic with blueberries and maple syrup or The Heavy Mama with banana, walnuts, dates, and coconut?
